Required Declarations & Agreements

I understand that group dog events and running environments carry inherent risks (bites, fights, falls, escape, or disease). I voluntarily assume all risks and release UAP, SM City Iloilo, event organizers, sponsors, and volunteers from all standard liability claims.

I agree to pay for all medical, veterinary, or property damage costs caused by my dog. If my dog injures another dog, participant, spectator, or volunteer, I accept full financial and legal responsibility.

I certify that my dog is healthy, physically fit to run, fully vaccinated (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, Parvovirus), and has no history of aggressive behavior toward humans or other dogs.

I will clean up after my dog and maintain direct physical control at all times. I shall bring the necessary supplies and shall immediately clean up and properly dispose of my dog's waste.

I agree to keep my dog leashed (in good, usable condition) throughout the event at all times. I understand that aggressive or uncontrolled dogs must be removed immediately, and management reserves the right to revoke participation at any time.

I certify that my dog is not currently in heat and will not be in heat during the event. I understand that dogs in heat are not permitted to participate in the event for the safety, comfort, and welfare of all participating dogs.

If i cannot be reached in an emergency, I authorize event management to seek veterinary care for my dog at my expense.
